that's right, the next challenge is upon us, and this one is for a vehicle, but not just any vehicle, because the rules are a bit strange on this one. the vehicle is not allowed wheels to travel or steer, so a car is definitely out of the question. also, the vehicle must be able to travel over land, putting ships out of the question. Are we allowed to use Thrusters because some people without SP3 or SP3x will be at a disadvantage.
@fred iivx... It's impossible to truly hover without thrusters or magnets; some kind of hidden groundwork would be required. I don't see what's stopping those people downloading it...

Who said it had 2 hover? It only states that it cannot use wheels.
