sp-challenge-04: weapons platform

the first ever combat related sp challenge, chosen by wacov as the winner of sp-challenge-02. the rules are simple. make something that has a weapon on or in. no imports allowed for this one, and all models must be created especially for this challenge, with no other pieces added from other files. required tag: sp-challenge-04
